Seven districts of the northeastern province of Ubon Ratchathani remain flooded today, with the flooding in Muang, Warin Chamrap and Sawang Weerawong districts still serious, according to the provincial administration office.
Satellite images from Thai Choke satellite of the Geo-informatics an Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) taken yesterday show areas along the Moon and Chi rivers in Muang and Warin Chamrap districts, about 140,000 rai, still flooded.
The flooded areas appear in brown colour because of the massive sediments washed by the currents.
