Det raketartilleri som Kambodja har är normalt räckvidden 20 km på och det är den räckvidden svenska UD baserar sin varning på men det har visat sig att Kambodjanerna har tillgång till uppdaterade raketer nu med en max räckvidd på "30 miles" och därav deras gräns på 48 km
