Hej
Nu ska pirerna i Hua Hin rivas, där har man ju både har bott och ätit många gånger, även Liverpools fotbollslag var där och åt en gång på 90-talet och ägaren hade ett signerat lagfoto på väggen där.
Hua Hin Municipality will begin demolishing buildings along the beachfront from the fishing pier to Thap Thim Shrine on September 25 following a final court ruling.
HUA HIN, Thailand – Hua Hin Municipality is preparing to demolish buildings encroaching on the beach between Hua Hin Fishing Pier and the Thap Thim Shrine, with work scheduled to begin on September 25 following a final court ruling. The demolition is expected to reopen public space along the beachfront and give residents and visitors greater access to the coastline.
The affected stretch, between the fishing pier and the shrine, has historically been home to local Hua Hin families, many of whom settled in the area generations ago after moving from Phetchaburi and making their livelihoods through fishing. Over the years, many of the original residents have relocated to other parts of Hua Hin, while buildings along the beachfront have increasingly been used for bars, restaurants and other businesses.
