General Forecast
The rather strong high pressure from China covers upper Thailand. The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy rain with wind waves 2-4 meters high is expected in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats from Prachuap Khiri Khan, downward keep ashore during 13-14 December.The upper portion of Thailand will receive cool weather with windy, dropping by 1-3 °C.
