ARN utverkar inga pengar till kunder, dom lämnar en rekommendation, men nu var det inte detta saken handlade om,
snösol skrev att enligt ett inlägg på FB så ska Thai air börjat att återbetala till kunder för biljetter, vilket jag ifrågasatte,
efter det så hänvisar snösol till ett brev som Thai air tydligen skickat ut till kunderna och inte heller här kan jag se att
något löfte om återbetalning, även jag har en inställd resa med Thai air, och jag kan inte påminna mig att jag skulle fått
detta brev, efter detta så bad jag snösol att påvisa, var i brevet står det att återbetalning ska ske, men se det kunde han
inte, så något svar från snösol lär vi inte få....så han får väl fortsätta med sina Fake News.

Det ARN gjorde var att klargöra vad och hur man skall agera om man har krav på återbetalning av ett bolag i för en beställd resa som blivit inställd pga Pandemin, Om bolaget ställt in resan skall summan av biljettköpet återbetalas inom två veckor , Om man själv inte känner att man vill åka pga av risken för att bli smittad , då skall man kunna styrka bevisa att det föreligger stor risk för smittspridning eller att man utsätts för en uppenbar hälso risk, i det läget är det inte självklart att man får tillbaka sina slantar, Vidare var om bolaget är i KK ,då lär det inte bli några återbetalningar , Om bolaget är under rekonstruktion så gäller frågan om hur denna rekonstruktion kommer att utfalla , och efter detta så kan det då sedan finnas mäjlighet till återbetalning om bolaget pga. rek lyckas överleva ,, Detta vara vad ARN uttalade sig om

Det naturliga är att man går efter sakkunskap och sunt förnuft.
När en myndighet ljuger om något man vet är osant, då följer man inte, om man inte är korkad.
Det var helt enkelt ett osant påstående.

Don’t get your hopes up about international travel. Tourism in and out of Thailand won’t be happening anytime soon, officials said yesterday. The idea of “travel bubbles” has floated by, but the plans are still up in the air. The public health minister says he’ll propose a solid plan next week.
The Thai government is making it clear that they are not only risk-averse but are unlikely to tolerate any risk at all when it comes to opening up to a new wave of Covid-19.
These bubbles would first be used for people entering Thailand for work, such as foreign teachers coming to work at schools and people attending international meetings. Only foreigners coming from low-risk countries would be allowed to enter under the scheme. Foreigners with work permits are already to apply for re-entering Thailand under current guidelines.
At the moment, Thais coming back into the country must go through a 14 day quarantine. Some criticise the travel bubble idea, some calling it discrimination, because the foreigners would not need to go through the 2 week process.
The difference is quite clear though – the Thais currently repatriating are often returning from ‘at risk’ countries, as evidenced by the relatively high number of new infections found in the returning Thais. The foreigners would only be allowed in from Covid-19 low-risk countries.
“Many countries have approached us for travel pairing, but Thailand must prioritise public health. Measures to control Covid-19 in those countries will be studied,” Secretary general of the Nation Security Council Somsak Roongsita said.
“There must be thorough discussions, which may continue into next month.”

Dessa uppgifter är inget att förlita sig på, när det gäller Thailand, allt kan ändra sig vilken stund som helst, om jag tolkar det som jag läst, så kommer jag fram till, thai med smitta = isolering, utlänning med smitta = isolering på egen bekostnad, thai som testats smittfri, karantän 2 veckor, utlänning som testats negativt, karantän på det sättet att, kan röra sig inom ett begränsat område, en övervakning via en app, kanske man skulle kunna utöka rörelsefriheten igenom att lämna telefonen på hotellrummet...

According to a report in Nation Thailand, the Public Health ministry’s permanent secretary Dr Supakit Sirilak, and the director-general of the Department of Disease Control, Dr. Suwanchai Wattanayingcharoenchai, will set the conditions that must be met for entry into a travel pact with Thailand.
According to Dr. Suwanchai, these will include requiring potential partner countries to show a continuous downward trend in the number of locally transmitted Covid-19 cases, as well as having the medical capacity to treat Covid-19 patients. Any travel agreement will only be with countries that can demonstrate they have the virus under control, with minister Anutin saying a number of countries have expressed interest in partnering with Thailand.
The government has already expressed they are developing the travel bubbles to avoid inbound passengers having to complete a 14 day quarantine when they arrive.
“Numerous embassies have submitted documents to Thailand for the purpose, such as Japan and Switzerland, with whom we will hold discussions soon. The topics to be discussed will include screening measures upon arrival, candidate selection criteria and preventive measures that must be implemented by both the host and visiting countries.”
It’s understood any travel bubble agreement will consist of a memorandum of understanding between both countries, which can be cancelled in the event of a significant resurgence of the virus in either country. It’s expected, that to begin with, only business travellers and work permit holders will be given permission to enter Thailand.
“Initially, we will allow only businessmen, technicians, professors and those who have valid work permits to enter our nation, before permitting tourists. We expect to submit the meeting result to the PM and the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration next Friday, June 26.”
Bottomline, July 1 will not see Thailand’s immigration gates flung open to tourists. We will continue to publish all the latest news about Thailand’s travel bubbles as soon as it becomes available.

Att du vet bättre och mer än alla andra på jorden oavsett ämne har nog dom flesta redan förstått.
Själv är jag övertygad om att WHO grundar sina rekommendationer och beslut just på forskning och sakkunskap, att dom inte skulle göra detta är ju fullständigt befängt.

Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand director Chula Sukmanop said none of the airlines he met had expressed interest in resuming their international flights by next month, when the order shutting down the country’s airspace is set to expire. He attributed the reluctance to uncertainty over the government’s policies on international travels.
“I believe international flights will resume this September,” Chula said. “All of the airlines could not assess the demand for air traveling. They have to wait and see the situation by the end of this month.”
Thailand’s airspace has been closed to international flights since April due to the coronavirus pandemic. Only essential journeys such as repatriation and diplomatic flights were allowed to fly into the country, though most domestic flights have resumed after weeks of waning infections in the country.
The government has to make a final decision before the country’s airspace could be open, Chula said. But it does not mean an all-out opening for air travelers, since only business people would be allowed to take the flights under the so-called travel bubble proposals, he added.
The aviation agency also announced a set of new safety measures during a meeting with airlines and airport operators on Tuesday.
Under the new regulations, air carriers are no longer required to leave empty seats between passengers, but passengers are still needed to wear face masks throughout the journey.
Food and beverages may only be served on flights exceeding two hours and they must be prepared in a sealed container. Airlines are also required to prepare a space in the cabin to separate sick passengers from others, Chula said.
Domestic flights were previously allowed to charge up almost twice the original fare since they had to leave many seats empty to ensure social distancing. The civil aviation chief expected the fares to be lower, thanks to the recent measures easing restrictions on traveling.
